Kondracki Celej Advises Alior Bank on Exit from Poland’s PayPo
Kondracki Celej has advised Alior Bank on its exit from Warsaw-based provider of e-commerce financial services PayPo.
According to Kondracki Celej, the bank made two investments in PayPo in 2018 and 2019.
Kondracki Celej’s team included Partner Rafal Celej and Senior Associate Karolina Piotrowska-Andryszczyk.
Kondracki Celej did not disclose which firm advised the other side on the deal.
