White & Case has advised P4, the Polish operator of Play mobile network, on the issuance of PLN 500 million of seven-year unsecured B-series bonds.
According to White & Case, “this is the latest bond issue in P4's Bond Issue Program that has a total nominal value of up to PLN 2 billion.” The firm reported that PKO BP, Santander, and Erste Bank were involved in the transaction.
The White & Case team in Warsaw included Partner Marcin Studniarek, Counsel Bartosz Smardzewski, and Associate Damian Lubocki.
