Radzikowski, Szubielska i Wspolnicy has advised Baltic Power, a member of the Orlen Group, on its entrance into a grid connection agreement with Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne for an offshore wind farm in the Baltic Sea.

The Orlen Group develops its offshore wind energy projects through Baltic Power, which holds a license for the construction of an offshore wind farm with a total maximum capacity of up to 1.2 GW. According to RS Legal, the project will be located around 23 kilometers off the coast near the Polish cities of Leba and Choczewo, and the firm reports that "its implementation is to commence in 2024.”

RS Legal’s team was led by Partner Przemyslaw Kalek.
