SSW Pragmatic Solutions has advised Waimea Holding on its entrance into a development management agreement with Fortress Fund for the development of two warehouse parks in the Polish communities of Bydgoszcz and Stargard.
The warehouse parks will contain seven warehouses, with a total area of over 110,000 square meters, and will be built over the next four years. According to SSW, “the total value of the project amounts to several dozen million euros. The transaction represents restructuring and changes to the Waimea Holding Group’s business model.”
SSW’s team included Partner Maciej Duch and Senior Associate Robert Wodzynski.
