Greenberg Traurig has advised Partners Group, a private markets investment manager, on the acquisition of selected real estate assets of Krakow's Buma Group.
The transaction included the acquisition of 11 A-class office properties from Buma’s portfolio, including two sites under development, with a total leasable area of approximately 125,000 square meters, located in Krakow and Wroclaw.
According to Greenberg Traurig, “Partners Group will work with its operating partner Reino Partners, part of the Reino Capital holding company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, on managing the portfolio.”
Greenberg Traurig’s team included Local Partners Karol Brzoskowski, Anna Halas-Krawczyk, and Magdalena Zyczkowska-Jozwiak, Senior Associate Magdalena Bachleda-Ksiedzularz, and Associates Filip Janeczko, Maja Gawrysiuk, Alicja Flis, Alicja Walerjan, Filip Drgas, Marta Kownacka, and Angelika Makar.
Greenberg Traurig could not provide more information on the deal.
