Gessel’s team included Partner Maciej Kozuchowski, Senior Associates Piotr Rysiak, Malgorzata Wisniewska, and Karolina Krzal-Kwiatkowska, and Managing Associate Bartlomiej Wozniak.
Gessel did not reply to an inquiry about the deal.
