Domanski Zakrzewski Palinka has advised ERG Poland Holding on the acquisition of all of the shares in EW Piotrkow Kujawski from Vortex Energy. The value of the transaction and construction of the 24.5 MW wind farm that EW Piotrkow Kujawski is slotted to complete by March of 2022 is EUR 36.5 million (PLN 167 million).
ERG Poland Holding is a subsidiary of Italian energy company ERG SpA. The transaction also includes turbine supply and construction contracts.
