Linklaters’ Warsaw office has advised Resi4Rent on the acquisition of apartment buildings in Warsaw, Lodz, and Wroclaw from Echo Investment for the purpose of making the apartments available for long-term rental.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

This marks the second transaction between Resi4Rent and Echo Investment in 2020, following Resi4Rent's acquisition of another apartment building in Wroclaw earlier in the year (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on January 17, 2020).

Linklaters describes Resi4Rent as a joint-venture project between R4R Sarl and Echo Investment, which was established for operational management and rental of ready-made apartments.

The Linklaters team consisted of Senior Associate Marcin Nowak, Managing Associates Tomasz Trystula and Joanna Gawlick, and Junior Associate Filip Witaszek.
