Dentons's Warsaw office has advised Nexity Polska on the sale of the La Praga residential project in Warsaw to Dutch fund Van der Vorm Vastgoed. Konieczny Wierzbicki advised the buyer on the deal.
Financial details of the transaction, which was conducted in a forward purchase formula, were not disclosed.
Nexity Polska is a part of the Nexity Group, a French provider of real estate services.
La Praga will consist of two six-story properties offering 157 apartments. According to Dentons, “all available apartments that Van der Vorm Vastgoed purchased from Nexity correspond to more than 80 percent of all the units that will be completed within two stages of the investment.” The firm also reported that all of the apartments are intended for long-term rent.
Dentons' team consisted of Partner Magdalena Szwarc-Brozyna and Associate Magdalena Witka.
