Gessel has advised the Black Forest Fund, owned by Michal Solowow, on an unspecified investment in ExploRNA. Rymarz Zdort advised ExploRNA on the deal.
According to Gessel, “ExploRNA is a unique company that deals with mRNA technology, the base of the latest COVID-19 vaccines. ExploRNA is a so-called spin-off of the University of Warsaw, i.e., a company separated from a research facility to commercialize its technology.”
Gessel’s team included Partner Maciej Kozuchowski and Senior Lawyers Piotr Rysiak, Karolina Krzal-Kwiatkowska, and Marta Grabiec.
