Wiercinski, Kwiecinski, Baehr has advised Nowe Jaworzno Grupa Tauron on the construction of a power unit with a nominal capacity of 910 MW in Jaworzno, Poland, following a mediation proceeding.
According to WKB, on November 13, 2020 — the day the power unit became operational — Tauron “entered into a settlement… [with its contractor on the project, as a] result of mediation proceedings before the Court of Arbitration at the Office of the General Counsel to the Republic of Poland.”
