White & Case has advised joint bookrunner Erste Group Bank AG on the Tauron Polska Energia SA issue of Series A Bonds for a total nominal value of PLN 1 billion. Allen & Overy reportedly advised Tauron Polska Energia on the deal.
According to White & Case, “this is the first issue of sustainability-linked bonds on the Polish market and is part of the bond issue program of up to PLN 2 billion to support the energy transition of the Tauron Group.”
