Greenberg Traurig has advised Panattoni Development Europe on its acquisition of an undeveloped plot of land near Nadarzyn, Poland.
Financial details were not provided.
According to Greenberg Traurig, the project will involve the development of a warehouse covering almost 54,000 square meters.
Greenberg Traurig’s team included Partner Jolanta Nowakowska-Zimoch, Local Partner Malgorzata Madej-Balcerowska, and Associate Katarzyna Dziewulska.
Greenberg Traurig was unable to provide more information on the deal.
