Linklaters has advised the Lux Med Group on its acquisition of an unspecified stake in Lecznice Citomed. Krassowski advised the founders of Lecznice Citomed on the transaction, which remains contingent on regulatory approval.

Lecznice Citomed is a network of specialist clinics, occupational medicine, and diagnostic laboratories in the Bydgoszcz-Torun metropolitan area in Poland. It includes six outpatient clinics and a multi-specialist hospital equipped with operating rooms.

The Lux Med Group is a provider of private health services in Poland. It is part of the international Bupa group, which operates as an insurer and provider of medical services.
