RKKW has advised Omikron Capital on its acquisition of 100% of the shares of ZAP-Mechanika from an unidentified seller.
Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
ZAP-Mechanika is a Poland-based metals processor which provide services in the fields of machining, heat treatment, precise workshop measurements, and metallographic tests.
RKKW’s team consisted of Senior Partner Krzysztof Wrobel, Counsel Marcin Jasinski, Senior Associate Natalia Tracichleb, and Junior Associate Natalia Wojcik.
RKKW did not reply to an inquiry about the deal.
