Greenberg Traurig has advised CA Immobilien Anlagen AG on the acquisition of all shares in P14 Sp. z o.o., the owner of the Postepu 14 office building in the Mokotow area of Warsaw, from HB Reavis. Dentons advised the sellers on the deal.
According to Greenberg Traurig, “Postepu 14 is one of the most state-of-the-art office buildings in the district of Mokotow, offering 34,500 square meters of leasable space. The development stands out for its green solutions, including clean energy from wind turbines, cycling infrastructure, an electric vehicle charging station, energy-saving lifts, and lighting as well as the use of rainwater to water plants and cool the AC systems.”
CA Immo, founded in 1987, is an investor, manager, and developer listed on the ATX index of the Vienna Stock Exchange. The company holds property assets worth around EUR 5.2 billion in Germany, Austria, and CEE.
