SMM Legal has advised Miedzynarodowe Targi Poznanski on its sale of a 5.5 hectare plot in the center of Poznan, Poland. The plot, worth PLN 114.5 million, was sold on September 29.
SMM Legal reports that, according to the local zoning plan, the plot may be “developed with a residential complex with commercial and service facilities.”
SMM Legal’s team was led by Managing Partner Aleksander Czech.
