DLA Piper in Poland has advised Elite Partners Capital on the acquisition of a warehouse in the Polish town of Mszczonow from P3 Logistic Parks. Dentons reportedly advised P3 Logistic Parks on the deal.
Financial details were not disclosed.
According to DLA Piper, “the 58,500 square-meters warehouse is located in Mszczonow’s logistics park. It is fully leased by PepsiCo, and serves as the company’s warehouse in its distribution network in Poland. With this transaction, Elite Partners Capital has increased its presence in the park to six buildings with a total area of over 260,000 square meters, following the acquisition of five buildings in March 2020 (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on March 27, 2020).”
Elite Partners Capital is a Singapore-based private equity firm engaged in real estate investment and management.
