White & Case has advised Valmet on its EUR 64 million acquisition of the PMP Group. Clifford Chance Warsaw advised the seller on the deal.
The PMP Group is a Polish provider of process technologies for tissue, paper, and board machinery. The group employs approximately 650 people across Poland, China, the USA, and Italy.
Valmet is a developer and supplier of technologies, automation, and services for the pulp, paper, and energy industries that is headquartered in Espoo, Finland.
