Katarzyna Szczudlik has left Deloitte Legal in Warsaw to join SSW Pragmatic Solutions as head of the firm's Personal Data Protection Law practice.
According to SSW, “Katarzyna specializes in the field of personal data protection, privacy, and new technologies law, especially for entities from the financial and FinTech sectors. She has experience in telecommunications, IT (implementation contracts), and payment services sectors. She develops and implements comprehensive procedures, mechanisms, and documentation ensuring compliance of the organization's operations with applicable regulations.
Szczudlik is a graduate of the University of Wroclaw and has LL.M. degrees from the University of Geneva and the University of Tilburg. Prior to joining SSW, she spent four years with Dentons, two and a half years with Wardynski & Partners, over three years with Fornalik Law, and almost half a year with Deloitte Legal.
