BWHS Wojciechowski Springer i Wspolnicy has advised Uranpres, spol. s.r.o. on a EUR 70 million construction agreement with a consortium consisting of Mirbud S.A, Kobylarnia S.A, and Zrzeszenie Budowlane Interbudmontaz.
Uranpres is a Slovakian construction company that operates primarily in the road infrastructure sector.
According to BWHS Wojciechowski Springer & Partners, “the agreement pertains to the construction of TD1 and TD2 tunnels, which are a part of the Przybedza-Milowka section of S1 Bielsko-Biala-Zywiec-Zwardon Expressway. Uranpres is a subcontractor on the project.”
