Gessel has advised CD Projekt on the buy-back of its shares.
According to Gessel, “the shares covered by the program, [which amount] to PLN 214 million, have been earmarked for the company’s 2016-2021 incentive scheme.”
Gessel describes CD Projekt S.A. as a computer game producer and “the most valuable company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.” It is perhaps best known as the creative force behind the Witcher games, which are based on the novels of Andrzej Sapkowski.
Gessel’s team included Partner Krzystof Marczuk and Senior Associate Michal Szutenbach.
