Former Olesinski & Wspolnicy Counsel Angelina Stoklosa has joined B2RLaw in Warsaw to establish the firm's new Computer and Video Games department.

Stoklosa, who joins as Counsel, will also join B2RLaw’s Capital Markets practice. She spent the past seven months at Olesinski & Wspolnicy, after spending five years as one of the named partners at SK Legal.

Stoklosa has also led the in-house team at CI Games S.A. for the past five and a half years, becoming General Counsel in August of 2020.  According to B2RLaw, “Angelina is one of the small handful of lawyers in Poland that has several years of experience in advising companies in the computer and video games industry, ranging from small independent studios to larger established multinational companies.” She received her doctorate from the Warsaw University in 2013.

“We welcome Angelina to the B2R team," said Senior Partner Rafal Stroinski. "Angelina’s knowledge and understanding of the specifics of the industry, our existing transaction and regulatory team, and our best-friends relationship with the pre-eminent international advisors to the computer games industry and international investors in the sector means that no other firm in Poland or the wider CEE is so well equipped to support video and computer gaming companies. Angelina also adds considerable expertise to an already very strong Capital Markets practice."
