Mrowiec Fialek & Partners has advised Mota-Engil Real Estate Management on its issuance of private corporate bonds.
The company raised PLN 15 million via the bond issuance. Mrowiec Fialek & Partners described the issuance as "successful, with more than 35% greater demand than the maximum amount offered."
The company is part of the Mota-Engil Group. The company is responsible for the implementation of development projects in Central Europe and is active in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, and Romania.
