Greenberg Traurig has advised Panattoni Development Europe on the acquisition of an undeveloped plot in Gdansk from unidentified sellers.
The project will have a total warehouse space of approximately 34,000 square meters.
Greenberg Traurig’s team included Partner Jolanta Nowakowska-Zimoch, Local Partner Malgorzata Madej-Balcerowska, and Associate Katarzyna Dziewulska.
Greenberg Traurig could not provide any additional information on the matter.
