CMS Appoints New Partners in Sarajevo and Belgrade

CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz has announced the addition of two new Partners: Andrea Zubovic-Devedcic in Sarajevo and Dorde Popovic in Belgrade.

Andrea Zubovic-Devedzic joined CMS in Sarajevo in 2010 and, according to the firm, "has since established herself a leading expert in the field of banking and finance, being involved in some of the innovative projects conducted in Bosnia and Herzegovina. She is also renowned for her work in Corporate/M&A as well as dispute resolution."

Zubovic-Devedzic was admitted to the bar in 2012. She completed her education in law and economics at the University of Sarajevo, and obtained an LL.M. from the University of Oxford. 

Dorde Popovic heads the energy and regulatory team at CMS in Belgrade, where he has worked since 2010. According to CMS, "he has become a leading attorney in the field of energy & infrastructure on the Serbian market and has made important contributions to the Serbian legislature governing this industry. He is also a renowned expert for issues related to real estate and telecommunications (regulatory). In his work, he also focuses on project finance."

Popovic was admitted to the Serbian bar in 2008 after completing a Master of European Studies at the University of Bonn, in Germany, and a post-graduate specialization program training experts in securities legislation in Belgrade.
