Rafal Kaminski and Maciej Zalewski of White & Case have been promoted to Partner as part of the firm's global round, effective as of January 1, 2021.

Kaminski, who is part of White & Case's Global Capital Markets practice, has been a Local Partner at the firm since 2015. He received his Master’s degree from the Jagiellonian University in 2008. According to the firm, “Rafal focuses on equity capital markets, including commercial and securities law, as well as corporate governance issues.” 

Zalewski is a member of the firm's Global Mergers & Acquisitions practice, specializing in  corporate and commercial law, with an emphasis on mergers & acquisitions, procurement, aerospace and defense companies, real estate, and retail. Before joining White & Case in 2013, Zalewski practiced at Hunton & Williams, Dewey Ballantine (later Dewey LeBoeuf), and Greenberg Traurig. He obtained his Master’s degree at the University of Warsaw in 1997.
