Cristina Frincu and Bogdan Popescu have been promoted to Partner at Stoica & Associates.
Both Frincu and Popescu joined the Stoica & Associates team in 2008 and 2009, respectively, shortly after graduating from law school.
Frincu covers civil law, domestic & international arbitration, administrative, tax, and constitutional contentious matters, corporate law, and banking, insurance, capital markets and financing.
Popescu handles civil law, competition law and state aid, domestic & international arbitration, criminal law, insolvency, enforcement proceedings, human rights, and administrative, tax and constitutional contentious matters.
