Tvins has advised asset management company Mundus UAB on the setting up of "MUNDUS Mezzanine I," a new closed-end investment fund.
Tvins reports that its lawyers "drafted the documents of the fund, including rules and prospectus, [and] represented the client at the Bank of Lithuania."
The Tvins team was led by Managing Partner Tomas Talutis. Last year Talutis led the Tvins team advising the shareholders of Mundus UAB on the sale of 51% of their shares to INVL Asset Management UAB as reported by CEE Legal Matters on February 8, 2018.
