Florina Homeghiu has joined Nordis Group as Head of Legal in Romania.

Homeghiu joined from the Policolor-Orgachim Group, where she served as the Legal and Compliance Group Director for Romania and Bulgaria between May 2020 (as reported by CEE In-House Matters on May 14, 2020) and December 2021. Before that, she worked for Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company between September 2018 and April 2020, initially as a Senior Legal Counsel and later as the Country Legal Manager and Compliance Officer.

Before moving in-house she worked for CMS, first as an Associate between January 2014 and September 2016 and then as a Senior Associate between 2016 and 2017. She also worked as a Senior Lawyer for Ciurtin, Brasoveanu and Associates between 2012 and 2014 and for Fine Law Patrascu & Asociatii between 2010 and 2012, and as an Attorney at Law for Konecna & Safar between 2007 and 2010.

"I would like to put my experience gained in more than 16 years (both within law firms and in multinational organizations) at the service of the numerous projects and partnerships that Nordis Group is developing," commented Homeghiu. "I am very happy to join an ambitious team that aims high and wants to excel in its field of activity - premium real estate. These values also define me as a person and I am confident that this new beginning will bring significant successes."

"For Nordis Group, bringing Florina to the team of legal professionals is a great asset," added Nordis Group President and Founder Emanuel Postoaca. "The fact that, in the past, Florina Homeghiu coordinated the legal operations for companies such as Policolor-Orgachim Group and Coca-Cola HBC Romania represents for us a guarantee that she will successfully manage the extensive legal activity carried out by Nordis Group at the present date.
