Zepos & Yannopoulos has advised Bain Capital Credit on the full acquisition of Piraeus Bank Group leasing subsidiary Sunshine Leases.
The transaction remains contingent on regulatory approval.
According to Zepos & Yannopoulos, “Sunshine Leases owns a portfolio of non-performing financial leases with EUR 500 million gross book value as of September 30, 2022.”
