Pohla & Hallmagi Advises BMLG on Acquisition of Kunda Port from HeidelbergCement Group

Pohla & Hallmagi has advised Kunda Sadam AS, a company owned by the Baltic Maritime Logistics Group, on the acquisition of Kunda Port from Kunda Nordic Tsement AS, owned by the HeidelbergCement Group. Derling advised HeidelbergCement Group on the sale.

The transaction is scheduled to close during the last quarter of 2018.

The Port of Kunda, constructed by Kunda Nordic Tsement in 1994, is among the seven Estonian ports handling more than a million tons of cargo annually.

HeidelbergCement Group, founded in 1873 and operating in 60 countries, is a global building materials manufacturer.

The Pohla & Hallmagi team was represented by Attorney-at Law Toivo Viilup.
