Cobalt has advised Ambient Sound Investments and other shareholders on the sale of 100% of the shares of InBio to Semetron.
Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
Semetron is an Estonian distributor of medical equipment and supplies, and InBio is a distributor and marketer of laboratory equipment and supplies in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.
Cobalt’s team included Partner Peeter Kutman and Senior Associates Liina Saaremets and Tonu Kolts.
Cobalt did not reply to an inquiry about the deal.
