DLA Piper and Nomos Advise on Ibersol's Entry into Austrian Market and Vienna Hotel Takeover

DLA Piper has advised Spanish hotel group Ibersol on its entry into the Austrian market through the takeover of a four-star hotel in Vienna, to be managed under the Ibercity brand. Nomos advised the landlord, GTI Immobilien.

According to DLA Piper, the transaction included the lease agreement for the Quality Trend Hotel Zoo, located on Schoenbrunner Schlossstrasse. The property spans 6,500 square meters and includes 118 rooms. Moreover, Ibersol also established Ibercity Wien Hotel Company, which will manage the group’s Austrian operations.
