DLA Piper Advises Inter-Turbo Shareholders on Sale to BBB Industries

DLA Piper has advised Inter-Turbo's shareholders on their full sale of the company to BBB Industries subsidiary Budweg Caliper. Domanski Zakrzewski Palinka and Simmons & Simmons reportedly advised BBB Industries.

Inter-Turbo is a Polish company that specializes in the professional renovation of a wide range of turbochargers and injection systems.

BBB Industries is a US-based manufacturer of starters, alternators, hydraulic and air disc brake calipers, hydraulic and electric power steering products, and turbochargers for aftermarket industries.

According to DLA Piper, "through the acquisition of Inter-Turbo, BBB Industries will gain access to Inter-Turbo’s broad customer base and expand its presence in Europe, following the successful acquisition of Budweg Caliper in 2022."

The DLA Piper team included Partner Jakub Marcinkowski, Senior Associate Michal Sowinski, Associate Wojtek Sulimierski, and Paralegal Marek Jazwinski.
