Former Allen & Overy lawyers Maciej Skoczynski and Marek Neumann have joined the Warsaw office of Dentons as Partner and Managing Counsel, respectively.

Skoczynski joined the firm’s Corporate and M&A practice. Before joining Dentons, he spent almost 15 years with Allen & Overy, the last two of which as a Counsel. According to Dentons, he has “15 years of transactional experience, with a particular focus on the infrastructure sector, including roads, telecommunications, oil and gas, and renewable energy.”

Before joining Dentons, Neumann, who specializes in dispute resolution and advisory for financial institutions, spent 13 years with Allen & Overy. According to Dentons, “for more than 10 years he has represented clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings in commercial law, international investment law, banking, insurance, and insolvency law.”
