Czabanski & Galuszynski has advised the Focus Estate Fund on its acquisition of the Atrium Mosty shopping center in Plock from the Atrium Group. Dentons advised Atrium.

Focus is a real estate investment fund acquiring non-prime retail properties in the EU. According to Czabanski & Galuszynski, “the fund’s strategy is to invest in the mid-scale commercial properties in the most dynamic European markets. Atrium Mosty is a shopping center with a total area of 18,000 square meters.”
