White & Case Advises EPH on EUR 500 Million Green Bond Issuance

White & Case has advised Energeticky a Prumyslovy Holding on the issuance of EUR 500 million in green bonds due 2032 by EPH Financing International, guaranteed by EPH.

Goldman Sachs Bank Europe, ING, J.P. Morgan, MUFG, and SMBC served as joint lead managers and joint bookrunners.

EPH is a European energy group.

According to White & Case, the 4.625% bond offering, part of EPH’s EUR 3 billion Euro Medium Term Note program, was more than eight times oversubscribed, with total investor orders exceeding EUR 4 billion. The bonds are listed on the Global Exchange Market of Euronext Dublin.

The White & Case team included Partner Petr Hudec, Local Partner Jan Vacula, and Associates Anna Bezdekova and Josef Levy.
