Oppenheim Advises CPI Europe on Sale of Marriott Hotel Budapest

Oppenheim has advised CPI Europe on its sale of the Marriott Hotel Budapest to undisclosed buyers.

According to CPI, the Marriott Hotel in the center of Budapest was built in 1969 and was taken over by the Marriott hotel chain in 1993. It has been part of S IMMO AG's portfolio since 2005. The property has about 27,600 square meters of usable space and 364 rooms.

The Oppenheim team included Partner Mark Pinter, Counsel Janos Fodor, Associate Judit Haraszti, and Junior Associate Mark Ratkai.
