CMS has advised Bitdefender on its agreement to acquire Mesh Security Limited.
Bitdefender is a cybersecurity solutions company.
Mesh Security Limited is a provider of email security technologies for businesses and managed service providers.
According to CMS, the acquisition will see Mesh’s capabilities integrated into Bitdefender GravityZone, enhancing the platform’s existing threat prevention, detection, compliance, and risk analytics functionalities.
In 2023, CMS advised Bitdefender on its acquisition of Horangi (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on August 31, 2023).
The CMS team included Romania-based Managing Partner Horea Popescu and Senior Counsel Mircea Moraru as well as further team members in the UK.
CMS could not provide additional information on the matter.
