Clifford Chance and Dentons Advise on Premier Energy's RON 700 Million IPO

Clifford Chance Badea has advised Premier Energy on its IPO and listing on the Bucharest Stock Exchange amounting to approximately RON 700 million. Dentons advised the bookrunners. Moldova's Turcan Cazac and Cyprus' Chrysses Demetriades & Co reportedly advised the bookrunners as well.

Citigroup Global Markets Europe, UniCredit Bank, and Wood & Company were the joint global coordinators, while Alpha Bank Romania and BT Capital Partners were the joint bookrunners.

Premier Energy is a natural gas supplier and distributor in Romania, an electricity distributor in Moldova, and a renewable energy player in both, with over 1,000 megawatts under ownership, management, or development.
