Ijdelea & Associates has advised United Petfood on the regulatory and permitting procedures for the construction of a new production and storage facility in Romania.
According to the firm, the investment is estimated to exceed EUR 30 million. "This development is part of a complex process aimed at strengthening [United Petfood]'s expansion and its position as a leader in the pet food industry," Ijdelea & Associates announced.
Back in 2021, the firm advised United Petfood on its acquisition of 150,000 square meters of land close to Bucharest from an undisclosed seller (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on September 6, 2021).
