PwC Legal Poland has advised DIF Capital Partners on the acquisition by its DIF Infrastructure Fund VI of two onshore wind farm projects, with a combined capacity of 63 megawatts, from OX2.

The total electricity production is will be around 200 gigawatt hours, corresponding to the annual demand of around 50,000 households, and will reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 70,000 tons per year

DIF Capital Partners is a fund manager with EUR 8.5 billion in assets under management. The fund invests in greenfield and brownfield infrastructure assets in Europe, Latin America, Australia, and Asia.

OX2 is a Stockholm-based developer of wind power projects in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Lithuania, France, and Germany. The company employs around 140 people and reported EUR 230 million in revenue in 2017.
