Freshfields has advised Midea Group subsidiary Midea Electrics Netherlands on its EUR 750 million acquisition of the climate division from Arbonia AG. Midea develops and manufactures products in the area of air conditioning and building technology, industrial components, robotics, and automation.
Arbonia AG is a Swiss building supplier, listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
