CEE Attorneys Advises RT Torax Group on Acquisition of Premium Plaza in Karlovy Vary
CEE Attorneys has advised the RT Torax Group on the acquisition of the 6,203-square meter Premium Plaza office building in the Czech spa city of Karlovy Vary from the UBM Development group, which was advised by Deloitte Legal.
CEE Attorneys’ team was led by Partner Lukas Petr and included Managing Associate Denisa Novakova and Senior Associate Matej Bolek.
