Resist Rezanko Sitek is advising the bankruptcy trustee on the bankruptcy proceedings for SKOK Kujawiak.
SKOK Kujawiak is the largest mutual savings bank in the Polish region of Kuyavia, according to the firm.
Resist announced its mandate includes advising on the "recovery of receivables due to the fund, from activities at the pre-trial stage through court and enforcement proceedings," as well as on the "process of liquidation of the fund's assets, both in terms of determining the conditions and method of liquidation, as well as in designing the final contracts concluded with buyers," among other matters.
The Resist team included Partners Piotr Rezanko and Tomasz Romanowski and Senior Associate Przemyslaw Maluha.
