Nikolay Kolev has been promoted to Partner at Boyanov & Co. in Sofia.
Kolev has spent his entire legal career at Boyanov & Co., making Senior Associate in 2012 and Counsel in 2019. He received his Master’s degree from St. Kliment Ohridski University of Sofia in 2005 and his Ph.D from the Institute for the State and the Law of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences in 2011.
According to Boyanov & Co., “Kolev has gained extensive knowledge and specialization advising clients on various legal matters in local and cross-border M&A transactions, energy and mining projects, and complex commercial disputes and administrative/regulatory litigations.”
