Djingov, Gouginski, Kyutchukov & Velichkov has advised Sitel Bulgaria, a privately owned contact center company, on the negotiation of lease extension and renegotiation of certain lease provisions necessitated by the COVID-19 pandemic.

According to DGKV, "guided by 30+ years of experience and a customer-obsessed approach, Sitel is redefining and transforming the contact center and the associate experience, partnering with clients to deliver tailored solutions at every touchpoint."

DGKV's team was led by Counsel Kaloyan Krumov and Associate Peter Angov.

Editor's Note: After this article was published DGKV informed CEE Legal Matters that the lease extension at issue involves Sitel's office in Varna, Bulgaria, which is located in a repurposed section of a shopping center. The lessor is Varna Mall EAD, which was advised by Solo Practitioner Adriana Cherneva.
