Djingov, Gouginski, Kyutchukov & Velichkov has advised OTP Bank and DSK Bank on financing provided to Minstroy Properties EOOD for the development of NV Tower, a high-rise office building in Sofia.
Minstroy Properties is a subsidiary of Minstroy Holding, which DGKV describes as "one of the largest construction companies in Bulgaria operating in the construction sectors, such as mines, flotation works, coal mining facilities, motorway tunnels, underground structure, and energy infrastructure, as well as in residential and commercial real estate."
