Closing: Echo Investment’s EUR 56 Million Sale of Office Buildings in Lodz to KGAL Group Now Closed

On July 4, DLA Piper announced that Echo Investment’s EUR 56 million sale of three office buildings within its mixed-use Fuzja revitalization project in Lodz to German investment manager KGAL Group (reported by CEE Legal Matters on January 28, 2022) had closed.

As previously reported, Allen & Overy and Baker McKenzie advised Echo Investment on the sale, while DLA Piper advised the KGAL Group. According to DLA Piper, "the transaction includes three buildings, offering tenants approximately 22,000 square meters with BREEAM certification. The buildings are located in Fusion, a multifunctional complex that is being developed in Lodz on the premises of a former cotton factory."
